Our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE has recently received the wonderful news from our dear friends at Bolton and District Charity Golfers Tournaments Centenary Year 2015, that we have been confirmed as one of four charities nominated by the Men’s Committee to shortly receive a substantial donation.
The Bolton and District Charity Golfers Tournaments / Ladies Section and Men’s Section of Bolton Golf Clubs via their Golf Cot have been marvellous supporters of the team in the past, having made major donations of £700.00 in 2014 and £600.00 in 2007.
A representative of the team will attend the Annual Charity presentation evening of the Bolton and District Charity Golfers Tournaments Centenary Year 2015, on Tuesday 31st March 2015, at the Old Links Golf Club, to accept this wonderful donation.
The entire team membership extends its gratitude to all members of Bolton and District Golfers for their continuing and much valued support of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
