Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

27th May 2015

Via our website we wish to acknowledge the recent kind donation to our team and other English and Welsh MRTs of four tabards to be used at certain incidents to identify MRT Incident Officers.

The four tabards donated to us are all identified front and back as ‘MOUNTAIN RESCUE’ and colour coded in line with JESIP principles.

Also donated were eight inserts of four types to identify MRT taskings / Officers, which are designed to slip in to the tabards via sleeve pockets front and rear ; ‘SITE OFFICER,’ ‘INCIDENT OFFICER,’ ‘CRAG OFFICER,’ and ‘INCIDENT SUPPORT.’

These tabards will be kept on board our Incident Control Vehicle, radio call sign ‘Bolton Mobile 6.’

Also donated by MREW were two very large soft fleece casualty blankets.
