Though this evening we had the night ‘off’ from our usual Wednesday evening full team training exercise, due to a team commitment tomorrow evening, nevertheless some team members were still busy with team matters, besides the four mentioned below who were undertaking some rope work training.

At our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ our Equipment Officer – Water David Cook was busy with his new job as a ‘dresser,’ re-clothing both our training manikins in team members discarded hill kit to make them look more realistic when used for training.

Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE and Equipment Officer – IT and Communications, were dealing with updating our Call Out Contact listing and revising our Events and Training Programme, and in Steve’s case also adding additional contact numbers to some of our airwave handsets.

Finally Equipment Officer – Base and Catering Paul Copley, was dealing with the final part of our annual certification and check of all our buildings and vehicles fire extinguishers.
