This afternoon, the team was paged by NWAS Broughton EOC Lancashire, to attend an incident at Heaton Park, Manchester, concerning a fallen female who required a stretcher evacuation to the attending NWAS (Manchester) Emergency Ambulance.

Heaton Park falls within the primary operational area of our colleagues at Oldham MRT, and our Call Out Contact Steve Fletcher informed NWAS EOC of this, and then further liaised with Mick Nield the Team Leader of Oldham MRT, who in turn co–ordinated a quick response to this incident by Oldham MRT – please find further details of this incident on the website and Facebook site of Oldham MRT.
