Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

30th November 2015

Dave Marsh our DVSD Handler has the following interesting account to add to our Incident report 89 of Saturday 28th November 2015:

“The lad who acted as coxswain for me on Saturday 28th November, had a tracking system running while we were on the water, I did two searches, a 7 mile one in the morning and a 3 1/2 mile in the afternoon.

In total he recorded us (Dave Marsh and DVSD Sasha, Mick Dermody and DVSD Quincy) covering just over 22 and a quarter miles with all of the search patterns we put in.

Interesting to see how much work the dogs actually do.”
