Today we received a very kind £142.00 festive donation from valued team friend Mrs Pamela Potts of Little Lever, Bolton.

Pamela is a Sports Therapist, and each year instead of sending out Christmas Cards to her patients, she makes a donation to a local charity, from the proceeds of a raffle.

This year the lady with the winning ticket was very happy for the monies to be donated to the Bolton mountain Rescue Team.

Pamela has explained to our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE that a great many of her patients are keen runners, walkers, climbers and others engaged in the outdoors, so she feels we are a very worthy local cause to support, and that “your hard work and devotion is very much appreciated.”

Pamela also extended her best wishes to us for 2016.

The whole team membership as ever sends its Christmas and New Year Wishes to Pamela and our thanks for her thoughtful continuing support in this very kind manner.
