Today our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE received from Richard Cooper, President of Bolton Lever Rotary, the following kind letter and donation;

I am pleased to enclose a donation of £400.00 to Bolton Mountain Rescue from Bolton Lever Rotary.

The money was raised during our Christmas sleigh and supermarket collections in North and West Bolton.

This is a wonderful donation, and the sincere thanks of all in the team membership is passed on to our incredibly supportive friends at the Rotarians of Bolton Lever Rotary for so kindly supporting us in this thoughtful way.

Bolton Lever Rotary Club are a mixed gender Rotary Club who meet on Wednesday evenings at Ridgmont House in Horwich, and their support of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team in this manner is a great honour.

Over the years Bolton Lever Rotary Club have raised, including tonight’s donation, £3,427.00 for the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, a great sum of money and one that is very much appreciated by the entire team membership.
