Over the weekend of Saturday / Sunday 16th / 17th January 2016, we reported on nine team members undertaking the first weekend of a two weekend long certified Water SRT course.

Very early this morning, the same nine team members, departed for North Wales to commence their second training weekend, with most travelling to North Wales in our Ford Transit Minibus Ambulance.

The nine include our Deputy Team Leader Chris Greenhalgh, Equipment Officer – Water David Cook, Equipment Officer – Radios and Lighting Steve Fletcher, Steve O’Hara, Nick Berry, Geoff Seddon, Ged Clarke, Michael Eddleston and our Chairman Craig Lamb.

Tomorrow the nine will face their last day of training and their assessment.
