On Saturday 13th February 2016, we reported within our website, that we had provided Standby Rescue Cover for the 2016 West Lancashire LDWA (Long Distance Walkers Association) Annual Anglezarke Amble Event.

During this event, one competitor, Mr D.M. Crompton, was given assistance by the team when he had to retire from the course at the checkpoint just prior to Great Hill.

Today we are very pleased to report the kind receipt of a donation, addressed via our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE of £30.00 from Mr D.M. Crompton, kindly thanking us fro transporting him back to the event finish at Rivington in one of our Land Rovers present on the course that day.
