While the team was covering the annual festival of racing in Horwich we were alerted by a member of the public of a collapsed male in the street.  On arrival he was assessed and found to be intoxicated.

The gent went on his way but the team was called again later for the same gent in a similar circumstance so assistance was requested from greater Manchester police who were also at the event.
