We are fortunate to have the support of eight volunteers who operate within our Support Group, helping operational team members with fundraising activities, community collection boxes, supermarket charity collections, catering, as well as many behind-the-scenes tasks they are called on to assist with from time to time.  We are now looking to increase this number of volunteers and wonder if any of our readers would enjoy this supporting role.  Whilst there is no minimum commitment required, we would expect a member to attend the group’s monthly planning meetings (Thursday evening) and assist regularly with the work, which is mainly carried out during weekends.
