Today team members Paul Copley , Matt Hailwood, Heath Doran plus trainee Mike Jones visited Belmont Primary School in preparation for the schools annual walk up to Winter Hill this weekend. After having lovely cup of tea kindly made by school secretary we were met by headmistress Judith Peel . The pupils of the school then entered the main hall where upon Heath talked them through what kit they should be taking on the walk and general chat about hill safety .

The pupils were then split into 2 groups which in turn came out to see the team Land Rover vehicle which was in the school yard. Talking about what we carry onboard and then the customary turning of blue lights and sirens, finishing just as the rain started.

The team would like to thank the school for their invitation and such a warm welcome and for being such well behaved pupils for the duration of our visit
