Should anyone be venturing out for a Christmas Day walk, run or bike ride, be safe and have an enjoyable time.

Last year, on Boxing Day our volunteers assisted with families affected by the floods in Prestolee and Bury, we hope, for the sake of those affected, this does not happen again this year.

We would also like to thank the families, friends and employers of our volunteers for putting up with the interruptions which occur from being involved with Mountain Rescue.
