At 09:49 this morning our Team Leader was contacted by Bowland Pennine MRT who were requesting our assistance at a developing urgent search in Leyland.

A 34 year old male was missing and there was concern for his welfare. A large number of specialist resources were deployed on the search from Lancashire Constabulary, Lancashire Fire & Rescue Service, Bowland Pennine MRT, SARDA Wales and ourselves.

8 team members were deployed to assist with the search.

The search was scaled down at approximately 15:20 the same day to allow further Police investigations to take place.
