Relatives of our team member, Craig Lamb, had a piano which they wished to donate to a good home.  The wife of one of our team members works at a school and they wished to have the piano, so Craig and three other members of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team volunteered to transport the instrument to the school.

We have received a kind donation of £25 from Angela Hardman and Roland Grimshaw in memory of their mother, Mrs Evelyn Grimshaw, who owned the piano – so the family were able to dispose of the piano, the school received a donated musical instrument, and Bolton Mountain Rescue Team received £25 for their help – everyone’s a winner!
