At 13:37 today our neighbouring team Rossendale & Pendle Mountain Rescue Team received a call from the North West Ambulance Service for assistance with a 85 year old collapsed patient.

RPMRT requested Bolton assist with this callout due to the potential limited daytime response.

Shortly after deploying it was found he incident was actually over the border in Calder Valley SRT team area. Calder Valley ran with the call and had resolved the incident before the 6 responding Bolton team members had arrived.
