Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

7th May 2018

Today, at the invitation of the organisers of Greenmount Village Party, one Support Group member, one operational team member and two trainees attended this event with our Mountain Rescue Minibus Ambulance on display.

With the road closed between The Miller & Carter and the Cricket Club, the main stalls took place this year on the closed road near Greenmount Cricket Club. All the attractions were attracting many young (and not so young!) villagers.

Our good friends and supporters, Neil & Helen Grundy known as the Holcombe Duo, were there mingling with the villagers and playing their Alphorns for donations to our Team.

Thanks to the generosity of the public attending the event, we received donations totalling £83.23 towards our work.
