Assistant Team Leader Mark Scott visited The Holiday Inn in Bolton Town Centre today. He was there to deliver an illustrated talk about the work of the Team to an over-50s Friendship Group who meet there regularly. The talk, which included photographs and videos taken by Mark and others on Winter Hill during his attendance with the Team in support of the Fire Service, was well-received and generated much interest.

Mark was given donation for the Team in the form of a cheque for £50 and the proceeds of a collection after the talk amounting to £70. The total of £120 is a smashing contribution to our work and we extend our grateful thanks to the committee and all the members of the group.
