Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

This evening the team welcomed a visit to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ by twelve members of St Anne’s with St James’ Mothers Union.

Arriving for a 19.30hrs start, they were met by Team Call Out list members David Cook (Our Equipment Officer – Water) and John Dickinson, who are both also members of our integral water team.

The usual team DVD, personal kit including water PPE, team search and rescue equipment demonstrations and a tour of our garaged Land Rover Mountain Rescue Ambulance vehicles, call signs Bolton mobiles 3 and 4 took place.

At the conclusion of their visit, Dave and John were very pleased to receive from the members of St Anne’s with St James’ Mothers Union, a wonderful cheque donation of £50.00 and personal impromptu donations of £30.00 towards the work of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
