We are very pleased to announce today the receipt of a £350.00 much appreciated donation from the BT Community Champions Award Scheme thanks to the voluntary work of Team Call Out list member Paul Copley, a BT employee.
Run by the BT volunteering team, BT Community Champions awards BT people with funding on behalf of local community groups, charities and organisations where they work on a voluntary basis.
Helen Simpson, Director, Volunteering, BT Group, in a letter to Team Call Out list member Paul Copley, a BT employee, stated; “I am delighted to inform you that your application for a BT Community Champions award has been successful. In recognition of your voluntary commitment you have been awarded £350.00 for Bolton Mountain Rescue Team. I have pleasure in enclosing this donation and a certificate celebrating your achievement. Congratulations on your award and on behalf of the volunteering team, please accept my most sincere thanks for your dedicated commitment to the community.”
The Certificate awarded to Paul states; “BT Community Champions Awards 2011/12. Volunteering – you, your community and BT. This is to certify that Paul Copley has received a BT Community Champions Award on behalf of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team for their outstanding dedication and commitment to the community.” The Certificate is signed by Sir Michael Rake, Chairman, BT.
The team would like to thank Team Call Out list member Paul Copley for once again successfully applying for this award through his employee BT, and of course BT Community Champions for very kindly making this award to Paul and the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
