Yesterday the team received an email from Paul Wightman of the Rotary Club of Bolton Le Moors;

As part of our contribution to the last “Ironman” event in Bolton, we nominated Bolton Mountain Rescue as one of our beneficiary charities.

We now have a cheque for you, and would like to arrange an appropriate opportunity to present it.

This morning our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE spoke with Paul Wightman, and a donation hand over visit by Paul and hopefully some of his fellow Rotarians, has now been arranged for 19.00hrs at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ on Wednesday evening, 27th May 2015, prior to the team membership departing for our weekly evening exercise.

Bolton Le Moors Rotary Club are also contacting other charities they have chosen as beneficiaries of their kindness, and we will report on this as well as their donation hand over to us within our website next Wednesday evening.
