Today our Treasurer Martin Banks received the following news from the AVIVA Community Grant scheme;

“Dear Martin,

Thank you for submitting a project to the Aviva Community Fund.

Unfortunately your project has not received enough votes to make it through to the Finals.

With a total of over 4 million votes cast, the competition between projects has been really tough.

Whilst we know this will be disappointing, we hope that by getting involved, more people in your community are aware of the great work you do and that the tools provided on our website will continue to be of use in the future.

If you wish to receive on going updates from the Aviva Community Fund, you just need to stay as a registered user on the site.

We will be announcing the full list of finalists on the website on 4 June, so if you would like to see who did make it through, please take a look here.
