Whilst still at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ today following his earlier meeting, our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE had an unexpected surprise visit from valued team friend and supporter Detective Constable Jane Wilcock of GMP.

Jane was passing our Base / HQ at the time during her lunchtime in between meetings, and seeing the ‘lights on,’ called in to say hello.

Whilst present she chatted with Garry about her involvement in Scouting and some ideas on possible future links to mountain rescue, strengthening links between her former GMP Division and the team, and calling in to see the team during this years Foundation Course in Mountain Rescue – which she has previously attended alongside her GMP colleague PC Melanie Jackson.
