This evening Full Team Callout members Mike Marsh and John Dickinson took our BM1 Mountain Rescue Land Rover Ambulance to the Flixton Urmston Davyhulme Carnival Committee Prize Giving night at St Marys Church Hall, Flixton.

Mike and John were greeted by Stuart Priestly who led them into the church hall which was full of carnival queens, princesses and princes from different carnival committees, who were there to be judged as the best in different age groups.

After the parade and prizes, the elected Flixton Urmston Davyhulme Carnival Queen presented Mike Marsh with a cheque for £700. Mike expressed thanks from everyone at Bolton Mountain Rescue for this very kind and appreciated donation.
