This morning at 09.38hrs we were paged by the Air Desk (The NWAA Helimed Dispatching Desk) at NWAS (Lancashire) Emergency Control Centre, for assistance at an incident in Burnley.

The call was answered by our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE, who was informed that NWAS (Lancashire) ECC required assistance with contact details for Rossendale and Pendle MRT for an incident at Hapton, Lancashire.

Garry passed on the contact details, then immediately contacted Andy Simpson, Team Leader of Rossendale and Pendle MRT to directly pass on what information he had, prior to the NWAS pager call, which came for RPMRT during their conversation.
