2016 sees our regional body – MPSRO, hosting the annual Princes Charity Day, which has been held over a good many years now by the many regional mountain rescue organisations throughout England and Wales.

Today saw another planning meeting take place, with representatives invited to attend from all five constituent MPSRO Mountain Rescue Teams, to confirm the date and venue for the 2016 Princes Charity Day.

Co ordinating the meeting and this future MPSRO Day was Bolton MRT member Elaine Gilliland, who alongside Bolton MRT colleague Steve Nelson, formed the two Bolton MRT representatives at todays meeting.
