Today our Training Officer Alistair Greenough, met up at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ with team members Steve James (our Equipment Officer – Medical) Heath Doran, and Matthew Morris to look at and practise how to fill in Patient Record Forms.

The opportunity was then taken with Michael Wakerley, the Editor of our Training Log Book, to trail some e learning ideas, ie videoing applying a traction splint.

Routine maintenance was then the order of the day, with our Incident Control Vehicle – much used during the Boxing Day flood responses we made (Incidents 98 and 99) being fully fuelled up again and cleaned out inside, with our ‘Bolton Mobile 2’ Land Rover also being fully fuelled up, along with our spare fuel fro our SAR Boat engine.
