On Friday 23rd September, the team hosted a visit by 25th Warrington East Scout Group (St Wilfrid’s, Grappenhall) to our Ladybridge Hall Base/HQ.

At the visit, we learned that the team had been named as the Scout group’s Christmas Charity for 2011, and the group took home an number of collection boxes to aid with the fundraising.

No less than two days later, one of the Scouts, Charlotte, was already out collecting on the team’s behalf in Rivington.

The team wishes Charlotte and all the Scouts the best of luck with their continuing fundraising efforts over the next few months!
