This afternoon at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ, Equipment Officer – Ropes and Stretchers Nigel Booth has been providing yet another of his rope work one to one (and sometimes more) training sessions, this time with team member Neil Haigh, looking at anchor points and selection.

Other team members, including our Equipment Officers Steve Fletcher and Dave Cook, have been involved recently in recharging lighting used on Incident 20 at Cox Green Quarry, and then replacing it all back in to team vehicles, and also restocking and replacing chemical light sticks used in the same incident.

We’ve taken delivery today of the Winter 2016 issue of our national mountain rescue magazine, which has now to be distributed across our operational and Support group membership.

And finally … our Secretary Gillian Gregory has been involved in ordering more Team thank you plaques, to honour the contribution of some organisations and individuals in supporting the Bolton MRT.
