Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

At 12:55 today the team were contacted by the North West Ambulance service for assistance with a casualty who had been fitting in Otters Croft Wood, Standish Lower Ground near Shevington.

The paramedic had located the casualty, but due to the distance along an uneven track had requested the team attend to assist in transferring the casualty to the ambulance.

Eight people responded to this incident when at 13:26 the team were stood down as the paramedic had managed to walk the casualty to the roadhead where an ambulance was able to meet them.
