Following our report of 5th August 2016 of a donation of £25.00 received from Bolton CHA Walking Club in memory of their late well-loved member, Mr Mike Allen, we have now received a further twenty-one donations totalling £382.00 via Howarth’s Funeral Service, all in memory of Michael John Allen.

We are very grateful that Bolton Mountain Rescue Team was nominated to receive donations at Mr Allen’s funeral and thank his wife, Mrs E Allen, for her thoughtfulness and generosity at such a sad time for her and family and friends.  Such kindness is much appreciated by all our members, and we will be commissioning a memorial plaque dedicated to Michael John Allen to be displayed at our HQ.
