We are pleased to report receipt of a generous donation of £250 from the Rotary Club of Turton.  Michael McNicholas’s year of office as Club President has come to an end and one of his duties is to choose which local charities will benefit from their charity fund.  He tells us that he has long admired the work of British mountain rescue teams with the work of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team being particularly close to the hearts of their club members.
