As reported in February 2016, we were delighted to learn that Bolton Mountain Rescue Team would be a beneficiary of the Edgworth Real Ale Festival 2016.   This follows very generous support from the 2009 and 2010 Festivals, when we received an amazing £6,000 on each occasion which went towards financing the purchase of our 3.5m semi-rigid search & rescue boat, Alpine Lite stretcher, and kit for the members of our water search & rescue unit.

This year’s event runs from Friday 23rd to Sunday 25th September and we will be providing eight team members to man the bar from 15:00 – 17:00 on Saturday afternoon, 24th, so come along and support this very popular event and sample the many ales on offer.
