Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

30th October 2016

Today members of the full team and support group attended our Ladybridge Hall base today to catch up on some maintenance of both our vehicles and base.  Routine checks are regularly carried out on our vehicles to ensure they and the equipment carried are ready for use on incidents. Today was the turn of our catering trailer and what better way to check it’s readiness than to cook  bacon and sausage butties for the members who had given up their  Sunday to carry out essential maintenance .  Huge thanks to Ian Clarkson  and Bob Hutchinson for their expert culinary skills today.

Also today a small party have reconfigured our office area at base to make it a much more usable control room from which we will start to manage local incidents as we progress to implementation for our loggist role to free up the operational leaders on incidents.
