At 15:47 today Lancashire Constabulary contacted the team for assistance with a search in the Anglezarke area.  It was for a man who the police were becoming increasingly concerned for his welfare. Once again, this was passed to our neighbouring team Bowland Pennine Mountain Rescue Team, whose area Anglezarke falls in.

Two of our members had finished training at the Anderton Centre and volunteered to meet with the police officer deployed to Anglezarke.

Shortly after meeting with the officer, the news came through that the man had been located at an address in Bolton.
