As reported on 5th March 2017, three Scouts from 25th Warrington East Scout Troop (St Wilfrid’s, Grappenhall) enjoyed a Mountain Rescue Experience with Bolton Mountain Rescue Team as a thank you for raising the most money for the team from their sponsored walk in November 2016.

We have received three lovely letters of thanks from the Scouts concerned – Charlie Ford, Zach Jones and Miriam Veltkamp, who all said what an unforgettable experience they had had.

We hope that what they learnt on their day with our members will help in their Scouting activities and thank them for the enthusiastic fundraising they undertook to support our work.
