At 18:10 this evening the team were called by North West Ambulance Service for assistance to a female horse rider at Moses Gate Park.

The woman had fallen off her horse sustaining a hip injury.

19 Team members responded to the casualty who met with the responding NWAS ambulance crews. The casualty was loaded into one of our Land Rover Ambulances and driven to the roadhead.

The team wishes the horse rider a speedy recovery.
