Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

24th December 2010

Well it happened last year in the snow, and with the snow present this year another Christmas Eve Call Out was to be expected.

At 15.33hrs it happened, with a pager message to contact NWAS (Manchester) Control. Answered promptly by our Team Leader, the call was to assist NWAS with a female casualty at Moses Gate Country Park with a dislocated knee.

As Garry our Leader was collecting information from NWAS Control, and with members already responding to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ to collect team vehicles, the news was received that the Ambulance crew on scene had managed to get to the casualty and the teams services were no longer required.

At 15.39hrs a stand down pager message was sent.

This call is reported here for information only and has not been reported within our Incident listings.
