Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

11th May 2010

This evening we hosted another visit to our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ by the members of St. Paul’s Men’s Guild, Astley Bridge, Bolton.

Their last visit to our Base / HQ on the evening of April 21st 2009 was cut short soon after they had arrived, when the team was called out to an incident at Cox Green Quarry, Egerton. (Please see website news item dated April 21st 2009)

They were met by Full Team Call Out member Chris Tennant and Trainee Team members Judith Waltho, Heather Jackson and Martin Banks, who jointly entertained the fifteen members of St.Paul’s Men’s Guild, with a presentation on the work of the team and a team kit demonstration, this time uninterrupted by an emergency call out.

At the conclusion of their visit all the members of St. Paul’s Men’s Guild thanked Chris, Judith, Heather and Martin for their time and left promising the team a future donation.
