Further to our provision of Standby Rescue Cover for the inaugural running of the Henderson’s End Fell Race on Thursday evening, June 7th, we are now pleased to announce that the event raised £200.00, which has been kindly donated by Lostock Athletics Club equally between the team and Ladywood School, Autistic Department.

The donation was accompanied by a very kind letter of thanks from the Chairman of Lostock AC, John Smith, thanking the team for its help with the successful organisation of the race.

The team will be on hand to help again next year, when the event is run for the 2nd time, on June 5th 2008 (Lostock AC have also very kindly agreed to support the time at next years event with a donation)
