Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

10 team members in 4 team vehicles attended the annual Good Friday festivities centered upon Rivington Pike which attract many thousands of visitors to this hilltop location.



Fire taking hold on the slopes of Rivington Pike, on Good Friday.

This years excellent weather brought the general public out. During the day numerous minor first aids were performed on many cut knees and scraped elbows.(These are not reported in our incident listings)

It wasn’t until the latter stages of the afternoon that an incident required our involvement via the Ambulance service, see article on Incident 79/2007.
