Two catering establishments within our team area support the team by having collecting boxes and also selling second hand books to raise money for the team.

Recently the mother of Team member Craig Lamb donated to the team a very large quantity of ’read once only’ paperbacks, so we decided to pass them on to our ’retail outlets’ so to speak !

So next time you are in the Village Tea Rooms at Rivington, or Vaughns Countryside Cafe at Roddlesworth, pause a while at their 2nd hand book stall, make a purchase, and help support the team by having a good read.
