Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

16th July 2005

As part of the Team’s long running assistance programme to members of Bolton Countryside Volunteer Ranger Service (part of the Croal Irwell Ranger Service), team members Andrew Ryding and David Sarti once again provided a full afternoon’s hill craft navigation training and map reading awareness course to members of the Ranger service, at Smithills Country Park, Bolton, today.

These courses, from which the Team has had involvement over many years, gives the Team a unique liaison opportunity between our respective services and one which assists us when working on joint operations.
