At 14:53 the team was contacted by Lancashire Constabulary who passed details of an incident which was being dealt with by Lancashire Ambulance Service.

A 61 year old female had suffered from a fractured ankle at Breres Meadow, Rivington. The team was asked to assist with the evacuation of the casualty. Helimed 08 and an LAS Land Ambulance also responded to this incident. We were stood down shortly after the initial call, with one member already on scene, as the casualty had been evacuated by the crew of Helimed 08.

In total 19 team members were responding to this incident.
