18 Team members were on hand to provide Standby Rescue Cover, for the “Darwen Dashers” organised Darwen Biathlon, Fell Race section, around the lower slopes of Darwen Moor and Tockholes. 50 runners took part, on a cold but clear day, giving an uneventful (at least, from the teams’ perspective!) race.
