Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

18th May 2013

As part of a testing trial within mountain rescue, today our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE alongside other representatives of MPSRO teams, received from John Parish, MPSRO Equipment Officer, two items of Heat Reflective equipment from SURVIVAWEAR.COM

Received were a Heat Reflective Jacket and a Heat and Light Reflective Survival Bag, both for emergency use only.

We understand the trials could lead to a possible personal issue of such to all MRT operational members.

The jacket is a one size fits all, emergency use garment, weighing 60g. made of aluminium coated PET material, waterproof and windproof.

The Survival Bag is of aluminium coated OPP material, with Hi-visibility SOS lettering, waterproof and windproof, weighing 160g.

We would like to thank SURVIVAWEAR.COM PO Box 659, Sketty, Swansea, SA1 9LT for the opportunity to trial these emergency use equipment items.
