Jolly Crofters Fundraising Team

15th October 2013

Today, our Team Training Officer and trainee Drowned Victims Search Dog Handler Dave Marsh, who is also a former SARDA Air Scenting Search Dog Handler,
attended the Victoria Halls in Bolton to address a group of interested ladies from the NHS Retirement Group [Bolton Branch] about his search dog experiences
whilst in the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.

The group is made up of ladies who have all worked for the NHS in one form or another.

The Bolton Branch has been going for only 12 months, but meet on a regular monthly basis with guest speakers fronting the meeting.

After a very long chat, Dave was rewarded with a kind donation of £25-00 to go towards the work of the Bolton Mountain Rescue Team, which he accepted with thanks on behalf of his team colleagues.
