This evening saw the last monthly meeting for 2013 of our fantastic Support Group.
Eight Support Group members attended tonight’s meeting, at our Ladybridge Hall Base / HQ, with our Team President Bob Hutchinson present as usual acting in the direct link / liaison role between the teams operational membership and our Support Group.
Throughout this year our Support Group members have assisted on Call Outs and training exercises by providing catering support and crewing our Catering Trailer Unit, helped on monthly Vehicle and Base / HQ Valet Sunday’s, provided ‘exercise casualties’ for training sessions, organised and attended Team Collection Days, helped at Team demonstration days, co-ordinated and organised the emptying of our many Collection Box sites and a myriad other tasks providing very valuable and appreciated assistance to our operational Call Out list membership and the business of Bolton Mountain Rescue Team.
The next meeting of our Support Group takes place on Thursday 16th January 2014.
