We are extremely pleased today to be able to announce the receipt of a Silver CardiacSmart Award from the NWAS NHS Trust.
Very experienced team Call Out list member Mark Scott recently applied on line for the team to be considered for such, and yesterday Friday 8th November, we received from Chief Executive Bob Williams of NWAS NHS Trust, a notification letter that we had successfully received this award, for our dedication to raising awareness of heart health, basic life support and the use of defibrillators.
We have been invited alongside other individuals’ and organisations, to actually receive this fantastic award at the NWAS NHS Trust CardiacSmart Event on Wednesday 4th December 2013, being held at Bolton Wanderers’ Reebok Stadium, commencing at 14.00hrs for the Award Ceremony.
Our Team Leader Garry Rhodes MBE and two other representatives of the team will be attending this awards event, with the entire team membership being honoured to have been awarded such.
