Whilst attending an NSARDA Training Course at the Headquarters of Bowland Pennine MRT at Smelt Mill, in Dunsop Bridge, at 14.15hrs this afternoon Bolton MRT team member and SARDA (Wales) Mountain Rescue Trailing Search Dog Handler Steve Nelson, Trailing Search dog Boris, and Bolton MRT team member Elaine Gilliland (Who acts as Steve’s navigator) were called out to assist North East Wales Search and Rescue Team (NEWSART) and North Wales Police, in the search for a missing 35 year old man in the Loggerheads / Moel Famau area near Mold, North East Wales.

By circa 20.30hrs this evening, both Steve and Elaine, and of course Boris, were all back at the NSARDA Training Course at Smelt Mill, having concluded their part in this on going search operation.
